CHANDIGARH, January 1: Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Capt Amarinder Singh today condemned the showing of black flags to the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh when he was paying obeisance at the Golden Temple here today. He said, it was not only unfortunate but highly condemnable that the holy place of Harmandir Sahib was used for the protest at the behest of the Akalis who are struggling for survival as they face imminent defeat in the ensuing elections.
