Patiala : If things moved in the right direction and in positive perception then as per plans Royal City will soon witness setting up of an industry after 36 long years. Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh is once again planing to set up another big industry here after the DMW. Even as the erstwhile Patiala district was having much of the industry but it lost it with the carving out of new district’s like Fatehgarh Sahib and the Sahib Zada Ajit Singh Nagar Mohali out of time in the recent past and now it is not left with much of it and so needing some big industry.

With the starting of this project, Royal City gain its glory and the people also proud of the Royal Family for showing interest for its people and city to boost the industry in the area.
These sources pointedly stated that during his recent Mumbai visit, where the Chief Minister meet the representatives of the country’s top most Industrial big houses like Ambani’s, Mohindra’s and Tata’s, Captain Amarinder Singh tried to break the ice over the issue and offered them many facilities to set up their unit’s in Punjab and especially asked them to show their preference in Royal Patiala for their new ventures. Sources added that while playing his last Political inning the Chief Minister, Captain Amarinder Singh is very much keen to create once again a name of the Royal Family by bringing another bigger industry here in Royal City.
