LUDHIANA: To discuss the problems being faced by trade and industries of Punjab, the office bearers of Beopar Cell Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) met general secretary Captain Sandeep Sandhu in Chandigarh.

In a press note issued here on Friday, Beopar Cell PPCC chairman Jatinder Pal Singh Bedi said that a meeting was held at Congress Bhawan Chandigarh wherein captain Sandeep addressed the gathering.

He further said, the leader assured us that VAT would be reduced if Congress forms government in 2017. He condemned the wrong policies of SAD-BJP government.

Vice-chairmen Atul Joshi, Anil Kapoor, Gautam Khosla, Mumtiaz Sulmani, Rajinder Kumar Kaura, Jagtar Singh Lambardar, Naresh Bhardwaj and Tarun Sharma attended the meeting.
