Chandigarh : Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh on Monday hailed Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s promise of Rs 72,000 each a year as minimum income to 20 per cent of India’s poorest families as a path-breaking initiative. He claimed that it was focused on constructive policies in sharp contrast to BJP’s destructive and disruptive game plan for the Lok Sabha polls.
