Sikh groups decide to hold rally outside White House during Modi-Trump meet

Washington: US-based Sikh organisations have given a call to the Sikhs to join Azad Punjab Rally being organised on June 26 in front of the White House.
The rally is timed with meeting between the US President Donald Trump and the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is visiting the US from June 25.
The purpose of the rally is to highlight the rights of the Sikhs.
The call for rally is given jointly by Gurdawara Sikh Cultural Society Richmond Hill, Sikhs for Justice, Sikh Youth for America, Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), Doaba Sikh Association, East Coast Co-ordination Committee and Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Fairfax, Virginia.
