TARN TARAN: An Akali sarpanch and his aides have been booked for allegedly attacking a Dalit man with sharp-edged weapons on the eve of elections at Talwandi Mohan Singh village, about 25 km from the district headquarters.

TARN TARAN: A 32-year-old Dalit man was killed and his brother was injured after a group of around 50 Akali workers, including a former sarpanch, allegedly barged into their house and opened fire on the family at Palasaur village, 10 km from here, on Monday morning.
