Jalandhar : Criticising the ruling SAD-BJP government for poor wheat lifting in the state, Congress leaders from Doaba held a ‘rail roko’ protest at the local Dakoha railway line on Saturday afternoon. Holding placards and raising anti government slogans, the congress leaders attacked both the state and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led centre government. The congress leaders said that while the farmers were ruined, the state government had turned a blind eye towards their problems.
