CHANDIGARH: Punjab and Haryana High Court today issued contempt notice to the Deputy General of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for not adhering to the orders of the court to provide security to the Tarn Taran girl who was beaten up by two Punjab police cops in full public view.
