Ludhiana : The Youth Congress activists have announced to Gherao the residences of Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Minsters and MLAs of ruling party to protest against alleged food scam by Punjab government. A meeting was held at Circuit House, Ludhiana on Wednesday.
